Please follow the instructions below to report an e-mail message as SPAM. These instructions are for Outlook 2003 - older versions may be a bit different, but the general process should be the same.

Step 1: Right-click on the message that you would like to report as SPAM.  Choose "Options" from the menu that appears.

Step 2: Select all of the text in the "Internet headers" box. Right-click on it and choose "Copy" from the menu that appears.  Click the "Close" button to close the Message Options window.

Step 3: Right-click the suspect message again and choose "Forward" from the menu.

Step 4: Type abuse@frontbridge.com in the "To..." box to forward the message to FrontBridge. Also, right-click at the top of the messge body and choose "Paste" to include the Internet headers that were previously copied to the clipboard.

Step 5: The finished message should look something like this.  Click "Send" to complete the process and report the messge as SPAM.
